Open PowerShell or Command Prompt as Administrator, then run:
w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:"ntp.eonacat.com,0x8" /syncfromflags:manual /update
net stop w32time
net start w32time

Linux with systemd-timesyncd
Run these commands in a terminal. This creates a local drop-in instead of overwriting the distribution config.
sudo install -d /etc/systemd/timesyncd.conf.d
printf '[Time]\nNTP=ntp.eonacat.com\nFallbackNTP=\n' | sudo tee /etc/systemd/timesyncd.conf.d/eonacat.conf
sudo systemctl restart systemd-timesyncd
sudo timedatectl set-ntp true
Verify
timedatectl timesync-status
03
macOS
Open Terminal and run the commands below. macOS will ask for an administrator password.
sudo systemsetup -setnetworktimeserver ntp.eonacat.com
sudo systemsetup -setusingnetworktime on
Verify reachability
sntp ntp.eonacat.com
04
Android and iOS
Stock Android and iOS do not provide a supported setting for a custom NTP server. Keep Automatic date & time enabled for normal use.
Managed devices
Use your MDM or device-vendor policy when it exposes a network-time server setting.
Network rollout
Advertise this server with DHCP option 42. Support varies by mobile OS and device vendor.
Rooting, jailbreaking, or time-sync apps cannot be recommended as a reliable fleet configuration.
05
Sync the whole network
Set DHCP option 42 (NTP Servers) on your router or DHCP server to the IP address of ntp.eonacat.com.
- Give the NTP host a static IP or DHCP reservation.
- Allow inbound UDP 123 through the host firewall.
- Publish DHCP option 42 with the server IP, not its hostname.
- Renew client leases and verify on each operating system.
DHCP does not guarantee that every client will use option 42. Keep the platform-specific configuration for devices that ignore it.
